I stay at Quest St Leonards roughly 4 nights a month for work and every time I stay, the team and the rooms are amazing. Feels like a home away from home and Ben and his team always make it feel as comfortable as home. Can’t thank the whole team enough for their amazing hospitality and warm welcomes every time I’m there. They all have genuinely the most amazing customer service and respect toward theirs customers. Side note, I have just stayed with the new refurb which was absolutely amazing! Thanks heaps team, can’t wait to be back!

Cannot recommend this aparthotel enough. We had everything we could possibly need in our studio room. The hotel is modern , clean and helpful . It’s situated in a perfect spot close to the buses and trains with shops and cafes close by. Absolutely wonderful two weeks stay thank you

Clean, comfortable and modern, the Quest is my go-to. Easy check in, friendly staff and everything I need in the room. It's a great location with the train station and plenty of grocery and food options close by too. I've always found 2P metered on-street parking within a 2 minute walk of the hotel, $6.60 per hour. I believe there's onsite parking attached to the hotel too.

Have stayed on several occasions now. It is convenient to Royal North Shore Hospital for my medical appointments and is well located in terms of transport, shopping and eating out. The rooms are comfortable and allow for in room cooking. Very happy.

I was there for just the one night. Had to get a lot done in that one and half day. This was in a very convenient spot. Short term off street parking was so convenient for my son to park his car when he came to pick me and drop me off. Apartment is spacious and clean.

I was initially quite happy with the hotel up until the last night stay. Another guest went to reception and informed the staff that his key is not working and would like tobhave it re-issued. The receptionist did that without hesitation, or checking ID or even name for the room. We've been unpleasantly surprised with another guest just gaining access to our room, with no apology from staff. Thankfully we've been inside so the access gained was a short lived.

We have stayed at Quest, St Leonards several times and always experienced consistently high standard of service. It is conveniently located close to St Leonards train station, IGA supermarket and restaurants in Crows Nest. The Deluxe Studio we had this time was great, spacious and quiet. We will definitely return!
